What we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. No other demographic information is required or requested.
How it's used
Your email address is used solely to send the weekly Hawaiʻi Islands News Roundup and, if you signed up on a specific page, to record where you signed up from. Subscriber data is managed through Buttondown, our email delivery provider.
We do not sell subscriber data
Subscriber data is never sold, and we avoid unnecessary behavioral tracking.
Unsubscribe and deletion
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing immediately stops delivery. To request full deletion of your subscriber record, contact us using the information on the About page.
